What is private label?
Putting your own brand on someone else’s manufactured product is called private label. For example, a small business buying spa products in bulk from ABC Manufacturers and adding their own label and box. Private label brands are also in-house brands we see at stores like Albertsons, Walmart, Kroger and more.

What are the advantages of private label?

For the consumer:

Of course! Depending on what kind of private label skin care products you wish to develop, we offer private label sourcing and will find the right manufacturer for you who can custom formulate if needed.

Do you have any products you offer clients directly for private labeling?
Yes. We have a hand picked selection of natural products like amazing sugar scrubs, salt scrubs, soaps, creams and 100% soy candles (and we will be adding to this list). However, remember, we can product source any product!

How much does it cost to design professional labels for my packaging?
It depends on the depth of your project. For large jobs we charge a flat project price. For smaller jobs we charge $70/hr.

I have a unique box shape idea. Can you do the dieline and then a box design?
Yes. We can do dielines and design all components of your packaging- labels, box, jars, tubes and more.

I have the artwork. Can you print it professionally?
Yes. We can print anything for you- from labels to printing directly on boxes, and all print marketing materials. We also offer various finishes for your packaging. Please contact us directly to talk about your packaging/print design printing needs.
All artwork will need to be at least 300dpi, CMYK or PMS colors, preferably in .ai or .eps format. High resolution pdf with bleed is also acceptable. We can do small and large runs.

My product line is eco-friendly. How do you incorporate this into packaging design and printing?
We love doing sustainable design and printing (or eco-friendly design and printing) because there is lots of room for being really creative. When designing for sustainable packaging we take into consideration the dieline of the box/container/bag. Can we do revise the dieline to reduce amount of material being used? Then, what are the recyclable materials we can use? What eco-friendly papers can we use and what about soy-based inks? These are some of the questions we start answering.

I am new to all this, can you help with FDA regulations for the labels?
Yes. We have a team member well versed in FDA labeling regulations and requirements.

How long will it take to design my packaging?
Depends on the project as each one is unique. Typically we can complete a project in 2-4 weeks.

I want control over adding/deleting products on my website. Can I do this?
If we design and develop your website, we can build it on a content managament system platform. This will allow you complete control over many aspects like changing products, prices and more.

Do you host sites?
No. But we partner with Blue Host and can easily set it up for you.

I have everything in place with design, marketing materials and website. What can I do to remind my buyers about my products?
Depending on your product line and budget, we can tailor custom solutions like monthly newsletter program, seasonal direct mail, promotional email offers, facebook marketing, QR codes (QR code marketing) and more.

What are QR codes and how can I use it in my business?
QR codes (Quick Response Codes) are little scannable codes that provide relevant information to consumers on the spot. These can be placed on boxes, labels, catalogs, business cards and much more. These codes can be scanned using a Smartphone, Android phone or same. Depending on your business, QR codes can be linked to special offers and promotions, member club registration, newsletter sign up, directions and hours to a business, MP3 downloads, product installation instructions, wine & cheese pairings and more. The sky is the limit.

Can you build QR codes and print it on my box?
Yes. We can build, print and also develop the landing page of information that you want the customer to go to when they click on the QR code.
